- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆An online business mistakenly debited my account. I reported the fraudulent charges, contacted the business and informed it of the unauthorized transaction, and the business reversed the transaction and refunded the money. The transaction had caused my account to be overdrawn. Suntrust refused to refund the overdraft fee. The branch manager informed me, "Suntrust will only refund fees if Suntrust itself is at fault." I was told to seek refund of the overdraft fees from the business that mistakenly charged my account. Of course, that business would never return my calls....By A Google User, March 17, 2017
